Property Manager at Botkyrkabyggen

Botkyrkabyggen is strengthening its organization and expanding its expertise in property management, maintenance, and climate with the aim of achieving more satisfied and secure customers. As part of this initiative, we are expanding with two property managers, one in our northern property portfolio and one in our central portfolio.

About the role

As a property manager at Botkyrkabyggen, you will play a key role in leading and developing the management in one of our management areas. You will work closely with the area manager and be responsible for ensuring that our properties are maintained in the best possible way, that tenants are satisfied, and that resources are used efficiently. The role involves both leading property hosts and coordinating with contractors, projects, and other actors. One property manager will be based at our area office in Alby and one in Fittja, reporting to the area manager for their respective area. The property manager will influence how the area develops, work with customer satisfaction, follow up on maintenance and budget, and contribute to ensuring that our properties are managed sustainably and in a businesslike manner.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead and support property hosts in their daily work
  • Ensure that properties are maintained to a high standard and according to applicable routines
  • Actively work with customer satisfaction and follow up on the Customer Satisfaction Index (NKI)
  • Handle disturbance cases and tenant contacts
  • Follow up on contractors, orders, and invoices
  • Participate in procurements, operational meetings, and projects
  • Contribute to maintenance planning and budget work
  • Be responsible for the site in the absence of the area manager

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is communicative, structured, and business-minded. You enjoy taking responsibility, leading others, and finding smart solutions. You can work independently but also understand the value of collaboration. We are looking for someone who has:

  • University or vocational education in civil engineering or property management, or equivalent knowledge acquired in other ways
  • Experience working as a property manager or similar in the real estate industry
  • Good knowledge of the property owner's responsibilities and property economics
  • Good computer skills, preferably familiar with Vitec systems
  • Experience in leadership
  • Experience in procurement and LOU
  • Driving license B
